JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Case No. 07 of 2020, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Allegation is of recovery of 155.20 litres of foreign liquor from the vehicle of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is said to be the driver of the said vehicle and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Further, the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and is in judicial custody since 10.01.2020.

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail.
