2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 179 of 2024 registered under Sections 115, 126(2), 74, 109, 352, 351(2), 3(5) BNS.

3. Allegedly, while the informant along with his sister was returning home after watching Jagran in Durga Puja, in the way, the accused persons are said to have eve teasing with his sister and on protest, the informant was caught and assaulted as a result of which, the informant received head injury.

4. Learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. The further submission of learned

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, specially the clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 179 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. After accepting the bail bonds, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner shall be verified and if, it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, the court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
