Petitioner is in jail custody since 21.06.2015 on the accusation that one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of two cases but taking note of period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No. 447 of 2015.
