Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that the petitioner has preferred a statutory appeal against the order of cancellation of his license of P.D.S. Shop. The said appeal is said to be pending since 18.06.2018. learned counsel for the State is present.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, let the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah consider and dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
