JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-04-2021 The present writ petition had initially been filed for directing the Bihar Staff Selection Commission to recommend the name of the petitioners for appointment on the post of Junior Engineer (Civil), Water Resources Department. Nonetheless, the learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Dr. Ratan Kumar submits that the name of the petitioners has already been recommended, vide letter No. 895 dated 01.04.2021, for appointment on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3696 of 2020(4) dt.06-04-2021 2/2 post of Junior Engineer (Civil) in the Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, hence nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners Shri Dinu Kumar, submits that the petitioners be granted liberty to agitate their subsisting grievances, by way of subsequent cause of action regarding grant of seniority etc. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioners to agitate their subsisting grievances, if any, before the Respondent authorities.
