Public Prosecutor for the State.

There is case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner as well as his associates also sustained injuries though said to be caused by hard and blunt substance and simple in nature. No doubt, one of the injured of the present case sustained grievous injury but taking note of the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that having more or less similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Gualpara (Arar O.P) P.S. Case no. 60/2015.
