The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 04.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.67634 of 2019 and for extension of the period to surrender in the court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was out of station to earn his livelihood and, therefore, he could not surrender on account of the reasons beyond his control.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for four weeks from today. The modification petition is accordingly allowed.
