2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88638 of 2025 in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, praying for either deduction of an amount of Rs. 25,000/- or for extension of time to surrender and furnish bail bonds by a further period of four weeks.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is a poor person and was in the process of arranging the required amount. In the meantime, the period earlier granted for surrendering and furnishing bail bonds has expired, as a result

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and the submissions advanced on behalf of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend the time for surrender and furnishing bail bonds.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is granted four weeks' further time from today to surrender before the learned court below and furnish bail bonds in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025, as directed earlier.
