One loaded country-made Katta and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 01-03-2015. So far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned; it is pointed out that petitioner was remanded in two cases after his arrest in the present case.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 to
