16-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is specific case of the informant that all the F.I.R. named accused persons shot dead his son.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. It is further submitted that the informant, who claims to be eye-witness of the occurrence, has not whispered anything against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from

No.11647 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna City, Patna in connection with Khajekala P.S.
