2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 1456 of 2024 dated 31.08.2024 registered for the offence/s punishable u/ss 318(4), 319(2), 111(1)(3)(4), 61(2) of the B.N.S and Section 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and the coaccused persons used to cheat people on the pretext of providing loan and job after giving advertisement on social media. On being searched, several mobile phones, cheque book, ATM cards and SIM cards were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the co-accused persons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has been transpired in this case in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Gaurav Patel. It is further submitted that no one has made any complaint against the petitioner regarding the cheating. The petitioner has two criminal antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2024. The co-accused has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 19.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 88236 of 2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Patna in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 1456 of 2024.
7. The application stands allowed.
