This application has been filed for recall of the order dated 10.11.2016 whereby the writ petition bearing C.W.J.C.No.6744 of 2010 was dismissed for non prosecution.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the reasons assigned in this application in support of the restoration application, I am persuaded enough to recall the order dated 10.11.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6744 of 2010 and as a consequence C.W.J.C. No. 6744 of 2010 is restored to its original file.

This application is allowed.
