The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused Sulo Yadav@ Surendra Yadav and apart from this, one witness claimed to have seen the petitioner carrying the stolen bag after the alleged occurrence.
Admittedly, nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner nor petitioner has any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with G.R.P.Jhajha
