JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naugachhia Rail P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of a stolen mobile phone.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he has been in judicial custody since 29.10.2019 and also he has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8857 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 submissions, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate (Railway), Khagaria in connection with Naugachhia Rail P.S.
