Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant contempt application has been filed for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the contemnors/opposite parties for deliberately violating the order dated 13-1-2023 in CWJC No. 18900 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that the order passed in the writ application stands complied with, thus seeks permission to withdraw the contempt application. 4.
