One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 9.12013.

The impugned order shows that up till now, only three prosecution witnesses could be examined in course of trial. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of some cases but taking into consideration the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as stage of trial, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge VIII, Saran at Chapra in Sessions trial no. 462/2013 arising out of Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case no. 07/2013. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
