The present writ application has been filed for commanding the respondents to lodge First Information Report

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.539 of 2021(6) dt.08-09-2023 2/3 against the private respondents, who have been trying to enter into the residential house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State submits that on the basis of written complaint filed by the petitioner, First Information Report has been lodged by the police, bearing Phulwarisarif Police Station Case No. 1203 of 2023, and, thus, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

At this juncture, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the purchaser of a piece of land from the Vitt Vibhag Karamchari Sahakari Grih Nirman Samati Ltd., Patna by way of registered sale deed, in which, inadvertently, the plot number, which the petitioner purchased and constructed his house, has wrongly been mentioned. Accordingly, he prays that he may be given liberty to file a representation before the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Bihar, as well as Secretary, Vitt Vibhag Karamchari Sahakari Grih Nirman Samati Ltd., Patna for correction of the plot number in the registered sale deed.

In view of the fact that the main grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the writ application is dismissed as infrucutous.

In so far as second prayer of the petitioner is
