The order dated 03.10.2016 is recalled subject to deposit of a cost of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) with the Patna High Court Middle Income Group Legal Aid Society or the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within a period of ten days and filing receipt thereof in the office.
