The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

47 liters & 250 ml. of foreign liquor has been recovered from a bush situated behind the house of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered either from the conscious possession or premises of the petitioner. Recovery has been made from an open place, which is accessible to general people. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let

No.10569 of 2022(2) dt.08-07-2022 2/2 the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt / production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. 2nd cum Special Judge Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S.
