The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ben P.S. Case No.103 of 2016 registered under Sections 498(A), 313, 354(B), 120(B) of I.P.C.

The accusation is of torture of the complainant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and driving out from her matrimonial house..

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the husband of the complainant and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to misunderstanding and he is in jail custody since 02.10.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13514 of 2017 (2) dt.30-03-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Ben P.S.Case No.103/16.
