The petitioner seeks bail in C-I Case No. 432 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) & 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Eight liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 25.10.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in C-I Case No. 432 of 2016.
