Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended while picking pocket. A mobile phone was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.01.2017 and there is similar antecedent against him. Considering the facts of this case, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. Railway, Bhagalpur/Successor Court, in connection with Bhagalpur

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14395 of 2017 (2) dt.29-03-2017 G.R.P.S. Case No.13 of 2017, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a government servant and subject to the further condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
