JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he took loan of Rs.50,000/- from Bank after producing forged documents but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has already deposited Rs.48,000/- towards his loan account and having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Although, nothing has been brought on the record to show the aforesaid deposit except pleading at para-6 of the petition but taking note of the aforesaid submission as well as pleading, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
