For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Nitu Kumari For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Sanjay Kumar Sharma ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 22-03-2017 Heard both sides.
This is repeat application seeking bail in Paroo P.S. Case No. 120 of 2016 registered under section 392 IPC in which the petitioner is named as an accused.
Only recently on 11.02.2016 prayer for bail of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide Annexure-1. It appears that charges have now been framed. The petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2016.
Be that as it may, considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and the fact that only recently his prayer for bail was rejected, I am not inclined to extend him the privilege of bail. Prayer is rejected.
Let the trial court in seisin of the case take steps for
