JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given one rod blow as a result whereof, informant got fracture injury on his hand. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner and informant are agnates and as a matter of fact, much prior to institution of the present case, petitioner had filed a complaint case and in retaliation to the aforesaid complaint case, the informant lodged this case against the petitioner. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent but taking note of facts of the present case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.525 of 2016 (2) dt.07-01-2016 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 246 of 2015.
