Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, offence under Section 411 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
The F.I.R. of theft of motorcycle is against unknown.
Submission is that the recovery of motorcycle was made from the roadside. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Purushottam Rai. Petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner,
