Mr.Suman Kumari Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 13.07.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20468 of 2020 by which the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail.

No.26094 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 It is submitted that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioners could not surrender in the court below and furnish the bail bond within the stipulated time. For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by the order dated 13.07.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20468 of 2020 for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 2,000/- each to the District Legal Services Authority.

At the time of surrender, the petitioners shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 2,000/- each to the District Legal Services Authority.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
