JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 460 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 302, 120B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be the married sister-in-law and brother-n-law of the deceased, is of causing death of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners either in the F.I.R. or even during the investigation materials collected are shows that the deceased had felt ill and for that she was taken to hospital by her husband, but on the way she died.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand ) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 460 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
