In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 405 of 2013 arising from Bhabua P.S. Case No. 51 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

This Court has called for the status report which shows that the case has been fixed for the defence witnesses. The prosecution witnesses have already been examined.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, the court below is directed to complete the trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
