The petitioner is accused in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017 registered under Sections 30 (g) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Accusation is that recovery of 45 liters of illegal toddy from the hut of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.01.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11221 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Excise Case No. 53 of 2017.
