JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2019 This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to opposite party nos. 2 to 6 by the learned Sessions Judge, Katihar, vide order dated 27.11.2018 passed in A.B.A. No.1760/2018.

Ground for cancellation of anticipatory bail of the opposite party nos.2 to 6 is that they have taken Rs.8,60,000/- from him as loan and as per agreement they have not returned the amount, but without considering the aforesaid fact, the

Having heard both sides, perused the impugned order, from which it appears that the opposite party nos.2 to 6 were granted anticipatory bail on merit.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the case relates to non-payment of loan, I do not find any illegality in the impugned order, as such this application is dismissed.
