This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 386 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot as well as the fact that the coaccused, on whose confessional statement name of the petitioner transpired, have already been allowed bail by coordinate Benches of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sessions Trial No. 561 of 2015 arising out of Chautarwa (Batwariya) P.S. Case No. 324 of 2013) to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, II, Bagaha, West Champaran, Bettiah, or successor Court.
