2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. There is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioners also.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. In that view of the matter, the petitioners do not deserve anticipatory bail.

6. This application is dismissed.

7. The petitioners are directed to surrender and pray for regular bail within four weeks from today. If they do so, their bail application shall be considered in view of the fact that one of the co-accused Sanjay Matho has been granted bail vide order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc.
