It has been alleged by the prosecution that petitioner was apprehended at his shop while he was selling Mahua. On search, 400 Kg. of Mahua has been seized from the shop. Petitioner is under custody since 21.11.2015 and as per para-3 of the petition, it is evident that he has got no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner Shashi Bhushan Singh @ Ashok Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Miss Shema Eram, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna / successor in office in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.784 of 2015.
