The petitioner seeks bail in Danapur P.S. Case No. 37/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and others were apprehended and from possession of the petitioner one country-made pistol was recovered.

It is submitted that two other co-accused have already been granted bail. They have also got criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in jail since 21.01.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for about 14 months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12385 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 37/2016, subject to the condition that one of the bailor shall be the father or mother of the petitioner.
