JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Maternal grandfather of the complainant had executed a registered deed of gift in favour of the petitioners in the year 1994. The maternal grandfather died in the year 2010. Thereafter, the complainant raised the issue that the deed of gift is a forged. A civil suit is also going on between the parties. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or
