That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment made by the Respondent No. 3 to 6 on the public road pertaining to Thana No. 155, Mauja-Keshru in Plot No. 3457 and 3458 of Khata No. 618 and in Khesra No. 3255 and 3485 of Khata No. 619 in Anchal-Nagar, District-Gaya." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Nagar Anchal, District-Gaya for redressal of his

Patna High Court CWJC No.6244 of 2021(2) dt.09-09-2022 2/2 aforesaid grievance.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Nagar Anchal, District-Gaya by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
