With regard to the bail is concerned, after arguing at length counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the petition seeking liberty to revive the same after one year if the trial is still not concluded.

2. Looking to the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
