The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, co-accused Santosh Giri in a planned conspiracy got a gift deed prepared in the name of the petitioner to take over informant's property. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegation of creating gift deed is against husband of the petitioner and no role has been assigned against the petitioner. Moreover, the dispute is of civil nature. Informant is cousin mother-in-law of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XI, Bhojpur at Ara in Jagdishpur Police Station Case No. 52 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
