JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Perused the letter no. 158 dated 06.10.2017 of Sri Rajesh Kumar-1, the Additional District & Sessions Judge- CumSpecial Judge, Sheohar. The learned Additional District & Sessions Judge- Cum- Special Judge has sought further six months time to conclude Sheohar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2016 on the ground that only the informant has been examined and the rest witnesses are to be examined and against them bailable warrants of arrest has been issued and the Superintendent of Police has also been directed to produce them.
Under the circumstances, further four months time is granted to the learned Additional District & Sessions JudgeCum- Special Judge to conclude trial of Sheohar P.S. Case No. 113 of 2016.
