2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Nawada Cyber P.S. Case No. 35/2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 354(D) and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66/66(E)/67/67(A) of the IT Act.
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, the informant/victim had alleged that petitioner had made her objectionable videos and photographs viral on social media.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is innocent and has falsely

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail.
6. Considering the nature of crime and admitted fact that petitioner and the informant were in intimate relationship which continued for several months but in view of the specific allegation against the petitioner that he has put some intimate videos and photographs viral on the social media, the petitioner cannot be absolved from the allegation as made in the FIR. I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed. (Purnendu Singh, J) Sanjay/- U T
