The petitioner, who is Panchayat Teacher, has filed this writ petition for quashing the part of Record No. BSEB/VVC/301/2021 letter No. BSEB/VVC/556/2021 dated 15.04.2021 issued by the Vigilance Officer Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, whereby matriculation certificate bearing Roll Code No. 4122 Roll No. 465 for the year 1985 has been declared fake and further directed to reverify properly the documents of the petitioner.

3. The consequence of the above impugned order will fall upon the validity of the petitioner's appointment and continuance as the Panchayat Teacher.

4. As the issue raised in the writ petition is regarding the validity of the appointment and continuance of the petitioner as Panchayat Teacher; having regard to the provisions of Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Disputes Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and also in view of the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition shall stand disposed of with a liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in this writ petition.
