Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court functioning. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated time, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No.113/2020, registered for the offence punishable u/s 354B of the IPC and sections 8 and 10 of POCSO Act, 2012. Earlier, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.39750 of 2020 by this Court with a liberty to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charge.

The petitioner has now filed this application for bail.

However, considering the serious nature of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner named above. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
