Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a judgment of this Court passed vide order dated 07.01.2021 in C.W.J.C. No. 21404 of 2019 (Vijay Kumar versus State of Bihar & Ors). Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid claim of the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed off with a direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6242 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2021 2/2 respondents to scrutinize the fact and if it is found that the fact of this case is similar to that of C.W.J.C. No. 21404 of 2019 (Vijay Kumar versus State of Bihar & Ors), same treatment shall be extended to the petitioner by the respondents within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
