1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner reported to the Court that the grievances of the petitioner No. 1 were redressed during the pendency of the Writ petition. Therefore, there is no necessity to pass any order in favour of the petitioner No. 1. Insofar as, the petitioner No. 2 is concerned, he has not yet received any payment. However, the representation of the petitioner No. 2 is still pending before the respondent authorities,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16371 of 2018(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 and the Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for seeking a direction to the authorities to pass an appropriate order with respect to representation of petitioner No. 2 which is pending.

2. Therefore, the respondent No. 4 is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation filed by petitioner No. 2 within two months from the date of receipt of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the Writ petitions stands disposed of.
