JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that there is a case and counter case and the petitioners' side had first lodged a First Information Report, a copy of which has been appended as Annexure 4. The injuries are simple in nature and there is no sharp cutting injury upon Nitu Kumari save and except an incised and skin deep injury to Neha Kumari in the web-space of ring and little fingers. It is also contended that the petitioner nos. 3 to 5 are ladies.

No.57588 of 2015 (2) dt.22-01-2016 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioners, namely, Subhash Sah @ Subhash Gond, Ramjee Sah @ Ramaji Gond, Pawdari Devi, Soni Kumari, Prabhawati Devi and Vijay Sah, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Uchakagon Police Station Case No. 178 of 2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Gopalganj, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
