2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 470 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner has got job on the basis of forged certificate.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier two reports regarding the verification of certificates of the petitioner are in favour of the petitioner but during investigation, the I.O. has reported that certificates of the petitioner are doubtful. He further submits that the I.O. without going through the earlier two reports has said that the earlier

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 470 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on anticipatory bail, is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the concerned Court below on the dates fixed in the trial. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
