Yesterday, no body had appeared to argue on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, no body appears for the petitioner to press the present petition.

The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.03.2014 passed by the Accountant General (A&E), Bihar, Patna refusing to pay the House Rent to the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the Accountant General has submitted that the matter has been sorted out after receipt of requisite information from the Director (Secondary

Patna High Court CWJC No.2665 of 2016 dt.09-04-2019 2/2 Education) vide letter dated 05.08.2016 and the House Rent Allowance for the period 01.10.2009 to 31.07.2013 @ 20% has already been sanctioned and sent to the Treasure Officer for payment.
