The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of murder of the deceased who is wife of co-accused Guddu Prasad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner is the Gotani of the deceased and she has no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and her husband, namely, Guddu Prasad. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the
