2. This application is filed for modification of order dated 12.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76165 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 12.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76165 of 2023 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22022 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 30 of 2023, but due to unavailability of the bail order in Sub-divisional Court Dalsingsarai where the case is pending, the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the stipulated time.

4. In view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 12.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76165 of 2023, be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 12.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76165 of 2023, is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) guddukr/- U T
